OUR HOMEMADE GINGER ALE
NEW
KASÉ Ginger Ale is carefully crafted using fresh ginger, light brown sugar, and a blend of nine hand-selected spices. Each batch is slow simmered to extract rich, layered flavors and deliver a clean, balanced finish.
Rooted in tradition, KASÉ brings the authentic spirit of Japan into your home. Born from the legendary NYC restaurant EN Japanese Brasserie, it was the most beloved drink by our guests and is now bottled for you to enjoy anytime.
OUR DASHI SAUCE
SOY SAUCE
Kasé Dashi Soy Sauce is made of premium ingredients at the 230 years experienced soy sauce brewery in Kagawa prefecture, Japan. It is made by combining high-quality soy sauce using traditional methods with bonito flakes from Kagoshima prefecture, Kelp from Hokkaido, and the first stock of salmon flakes.
It is steeped in Japanese flavors with the simplicity and flexibility to allow you to incorporate a distinctively Japanese taste into your Japanese and non Japanese recipes and meals. Our Dashi Soy Sauce can be added to any type of sauces, vinaigrette, marinades and cooking ingredients to add robust flooring to any dish.
REIKA ALEXANDER & EN JAPANESE BRASSERIE
THE STORY
Since 2004 We have been sharing authentic Japanese cuisine with NYC at En Japanese Brasserie… guests often times tell me they’re intimidated to cook Japanese food at home, and will frequently ask for recipes, cooking tips and most importantly advise on how to impart umami flavor.. not only in Japanese dishes but also in their everyday recipes and meals.
